Welcome to the RP Teacher Community - Communities of Color group! We are very much looking forward to being with you!

This community is for Realization Process teachers living in bodies of Color to find and offer mutual support in a safe communal container. This space is designed specifically for Communities of Color both in local and global spaces, for people who have been historically excluded or marginalized, based on race, nationality or culture. Together we will build a container to safely explore many of the questions regarding race, oppression, colonialism, and marginalization, and how multiple intersections such as genderism, sexism, ableism, classism, ageism, heterosexism, and other isms overlap for Communities of Color.

This Space can also be made available to explore personal and collective racial and cultural histories and identities and acknowledge intergenerational and systemic traumas. With respectful and caring conversation and practice time, our intention is to cultivate belonging and embodied awakening in a safe communal container. Through the application of RP practices, participants can share their stories, be seen, and reclaim their wholeness.

Some additional areas of exploration might include:

- What do you need from this community as a person of color?

- What has supported you in RP and how has it helped you in your life?

- How have you used these approaches in different challenges in your life?

- What are your wishes from this group?

- Setting group agreements – what are our “art of boundaries” so that we are held in a safe container as we explore being in our own bodies and with our own unique histories.

- Exploring the five qualities of understanding, voice, love, power, and gender and how these qualities can become more refined and defined in our understanding of our relationship with race, nationality, and culture.

We look forward to building community together, connecting, and sharing RP practices to enter into our wholeness individually and collectively.
