Our first-ever conference for RP teachers happened in February 2026. Over 80 Realization Process teachers signed up (presenters & participants), and we enjoyed practices and discussions covering all three main aspects of the Realization Process - Embodiment, Healing Ground, and Meditation. Recordings are available on the Resources page (just for Teacher Community members). Feel free to take a look -- and think about what you might want to contribute this year!

The intention of this group is to create a no pressure opportunity to practice see/feel skills and get immediate feedback.

​

We break into groups of ‘feelers’ and ‘players’ and then switch. The time together will likely include some confidence building, some humbling, and a lot of curiosity and lightheartedness. We will play for the first 45 minutes and save the last 15 minutes (if you are able to stay) for further discussion and final grounding and embodiment.

​

This group is facilitated, but community led.

All Teacher Community members welcome. We start with a settling practice and check-in, and then decide from there how the conversation will flow. We may use Open Space Technology or an even looser style. In previous gatherings this has led to thoughtful discussions with topics like Nature & RP, LGBTQ, Therapist-client relationships, RP and grief, Communities of Color, and Accessibility.​

We don't record these gatherings, but we may share a link to the notes afterwards in a Teacher Community email.

All Realization Process teachers welcome, no special preparation necessary (please do click here to see the draft guidelines for participation).

​

We'll offer a set of suggested exercises for each week, and everyone who attends will get a chance to teach. 

​

Bonnie Foote and other volunteers rotate as hosts.
