Online practice teaching

We had several "dress rehearsal" practice teaching sessions in February 2024, and it seems like we have some formats that will work well. Judith has also given permission for us to build a "mini-manual" with updated versions of all the main practices, which will be posted in the Teacher Community resource folder, so that's a big help.
